In the 1978 movie Halloween, the fictional character Michael Myers went on a killing spree that began with the brutal murder of his older sister Judith. Since then, he has become a horror movie icon.
In the Halloween movie series, there have been 11 sequels, and another one is set to come out in October. In all of them, Myers can’t stop wanting to kill people and keeps trying to kill innocent people.
In John Carpenter’s first Halloween movie, Nick Castle played Michael Myers, who is known for wearing a scary mask.
Because of the mask and the stunts that had to be done, nine people have tried to play the famous killer.

Nick Castel
Castle played Michael Myers in the first Halloween movie, which came out in 1978. He also played Myers in the 2018 version of the movie, as well as in 2021’s Halloween Kills and 2022’s Halloween Ends.
Escape from New York, which came out in 1981, was written by Castle and Carpenter together.
Mr. Moran
In the first Halloween movie, from 1978, the actor played Myers without his mask.
Warlock Dick
Warlock was in the 1981 movie Halloween II. He also did stunts in the movies Firestarter, Innerspace, and Escape from New York. In 2002, Spider-Man was his last movie.
George P. Wilbur
The stuntman was in Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers, which came out in 1988, and Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers, which came out in 1995. Escape from New York, The Perfect Storm, Star Trek II, and Die Hard are some of the other movies he has worked on.
Don Shanks
In the 1989 movie Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers, Shanks played the main bad guy. He’s also been in movies like “Dumb and Dumber” and “High School Musical 3.”

Durand also did stunts in the 1998 movie Halloween H20: 20 Years Later. He had roles in Smokin’ Aces, Armageddon, Vantage Point, and Demolition Man.

In 2002, Loree, a Canadian actor and stunt person, played Myers in the movie Halloween: Resurrection. Watchmen, Time Cop, and X2: X-Men United are some of the other movies he has worked on.
Tyler Mane
Rob Zombie directed both the 2007 Halloween and the 2009 Halloween II, in which Mane had a role. He has also played Sabretooth in X-Men (2000) and Ajax in Troy (2004).

The actor and stuntman played Michael Myers in the 2018 version of the movie, as well as in Halloween Kills in 2021 and Halloween Ends, which will be released later this year.
